Doctors will not walk everywhere. Instead, patient rooms will be visited by hologram doctors, while real doctors are going to be connected from their offices.
In smart hospitals, medicines will be delivered by little robot cars with cute LED faces. Surgery tools are going to be cleaned by laser machines, and the operation schedule will be updated by a central AI.
Even programming will be part of the hospital. New medical apps will be developed every week, and old bugs are going to be fixed faster than in game updates! If a doctor says, “We need a new tool,” the request will be coded and will be tested in just 24 hours.
In short, in the future, patients will heal faster, and developers will smile more — because even in a hospital, code will be respected.
